Augh!!!!!!!!!

Two nights ago my laptop shut itself down, with no possibility of bringing it back to life.

Fortunately, someone in tech support at school managed to recover my files (all my school planning, digital photos, not to mention everything else). However he could not even identify what the problem was, let alone fix it, so my laptop is toast.

It's not a life threatening problem but I do feel as if a limb has been cut off.

Well I'm off to buy a new one, wish me luck.
